Camp Cards

A Fun Fundraiser That Funds Real Adventures

Camp Cards are one of the easiest and most rewarding ways for Scouts to fund their Scouting year. Each card includes with discounts at local restaurants, attractions, and retailers—and every card sold puts money directly toward the adventures that make Scouting unforgettable.

Questions?
Connect with your District Executive or refer to the Leaders Guide for everything you need to run a successful Camp Card sale.

How It Works

Set Your Goals

Help each Scout set a personal sales goal. Add them up and you have a Unit goal worth celebrating. Keep the energy going by displaying a goal chart at every meeting and checking in on progress together.

Place Your Order

How many cards do you need? A good starting point is 50 cards per youth seller. Additional cards are available throughout the sale as inventory allows, so reorder as often as you can.

Pick Up Your Cards

Once you place your order, pick up your cards at a Council location or coordinate directly with your District Executive.

Start Selling

Distribute cards to your Scouts and get out there. Parents can bring cards to work, units can set up in front of a local store, and Scouts can reach out to friends and neighbors. Every card sold is a step toward the next great adventure.

Sales Incentive: Drive for 25

For every 25 Camp Cards a Scout sells in a single month, they earn one entry into our monthly $100 Visa Gift Card drawing. Get two entries for selling 50 cards. The more cards sold, the better the odds.

Drawing dates are April 10, May 8, and June 5, streamed live on the Council Facebook Page. Sales totals and payments must be submitted to the Council Office before each drawing date to qualify.

Unit Leaders: use the online entry form to submit the name and unit information for every Scout who hits 25 cards in a month. Submit a new entry for each additional set of 25.

What's on the Card

Two versions of the Camp Card are available this year. Both sell for the same price and include a unique mix of local and regional offers. Scouts may receive either version when picking up inventory. Each offer may be redeemed once per card unless otherwise noted by the vendor.
