Garden State Council’s annual Volunteer Recognition Dinner is held each year in the spring to honor our volunteers and confer the Silver Beaver Award, the highest award a Council can give to a Scouter. For distinguished service to Scouting at the Council level in 2021, Paul Ackley, Mark Brody, Leo Greaney, Dave Salow, and Carl Williams were honored on April 28, 2022.
