Charles Allen provides strategic financial guidance to individuals and families, drawing on his expertise in investment management and long-term planning. An Eagle Scout and lifelong Scouter, he remains deeply committed to youth leadership through hands-on service as Committee Chair of Pack 238, Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 33, and Venturing Crew Advisor for Crew 38. He serves on the Executive Board of the Garden State Council and has held key leadership roles including Assistant District Commissioner and Co- Chair of the Council’s Trust and Endowment Committee, helping guide the long-term sustainability of Scouting. He is also an active community leader, having served as past president and trustee of the Mannington Township Ruritan Club.
