A.J. Kreimer is a distinguished educator, business leader, and longtime champion of Scouting whose professional and volunteer leadership spans national, regional, and local levels. An Eagle Scout and Certified Public Accountant, he serves as an Associate Professor of Practice in Accounting at Temple University’s Fox School of Business, where he has been recognized for excellence in teaching and innovation in the classroom.

His professional background includes leadership roles in real estate, finance, and corporate management, including serving as President of Hartwell Realty Corporation and holding senior positions with major financial and real estate organizations. He has also served on numerous corporate and nonprofit boards, including the global board of the Institute of Management Accountants, contributing to governance, audit oversight, and strategic planning. In Scouting, his decades of volunteer leadership—from council president to national committee roles—have helped strengthen membership growth, program delivery, and long-term sustainability.

Through his combined professional expertise and enduring commitment to service, he has helped ensure that more young people benefit from Scouting’s character and leadership programs.
