In support of the National Eucharistic Revival, the National Catholic Committee on Scouting offered the Eucharistic Revival Activity Program.

The Eucharistic Revival was a 3-year initiative sponsored by the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops. The revival was launched in 2022 and continued until Pentecost in 2025.

The goal of this program is to help all Catholics, young and old, revive their faith and love of Jesus through prayer and the sacraments, especially the Eucharist.

The Rosary Series focuses on the Mysteries of the Holy Rosary and how to pray the Rosary. This series has five activities: Pray the Rosary; Joyful Mysteries; Luminous Mysteries; Sorrowful Mysteries; and Glorious Mysteries. A patch can be earned for completion of each activity.

The goal of each activity in this series is to provide an opportunity for young people and adults to learn more about their faith.

The Marian Series examines the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, five Marian feasts commemorated in the U.S and the only approved Marian apparition site in the United States. Activities include: Immaculate Conception, Our Lady of Fatima, Our Lady of Guadalupe, Our Lady of Lourdes, Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, Our Lady of Mount Carmel and Our Lady of Good Help. A patch can be earned for completion of each activity.

The goal of each activity in this series is to learn more about how and why the Church has honored our Holy Mother Mary for nearly 2,000 years.

The American Saint Series honors men and women who led heroic lives of faith that have greatly influenced American Catholics. Their words, their deeds, and their devotion to prayer and the sacraments, inspire all American Catholics. See the names of these men and women honored in the American Saint Series below. Some of these men and women are canonized as “Saints” and are venerated by the Universal Church. Some are beatified as “Blessed” and are venerated by the Local Church. Some are honored as “Venerable” and, while on the way to becoming a “Saint”, may be venerated by Catholics. Most of these men and women lived and worked in North America in what is now the United States. Some others never set foot in America, however they had a huge impact on the Catholic American landscape. All of them sought to follow Jesus.

The Modern Saint Series honors 20th and 21st century Catholics who have had a profound impact on many people around the globe.

The goal of each activity in this series is to share the lives of these great men and women so that young people might relate to what they have done and look to them as role models.

The goal of the activities in this series is to help young people and adults learn more about the traditions and teachings of the Catholic faith.

The Religious Trail Series offers an outline of visits to various sites across the United States that have a religious significance to Catholics. Adults and young people who visit these sites and complete the related Religious Activity may earn the corresponding Religious Activity patch. This series requires travel, which must be arranged by a Scout leader or a Scout’s parent/guardian.
