Honoring Exceptional Service to Scouting

The Silver Beaver Award recognizes Scouters who have provided outstanding service to Scouting at the Council level. It is one of the highest honors a local council can bestow, celebrating individuals whose dedication, leadership, and impact have helped shape the Scouting experience for youth across our community.

Each year, Garden State Council's District committees may nominate a Scouter whose contributions over the past year reflect this exceptional standard of service.

Nominations are due December 31 each year. Complete the nomination form and submit it to the Council office at awards@gardenstatescouting.org.
