Life to Eagle

Eagle Scouts: Life to Eagle

You’re on the final stretch. This is where your hard work, leadership, and dedication come together. The journey from Life to Eagle is a major milestone, and we’re here to help you navigate every step with confidence.

Make sure you’re using the most up-to-date materials as you complete your requirements:
You can generate this directly in Scoutbook+:
Go to the Scout’s profile, select Reports, then choose Eagle Application.

This will create a fillable PDF with advancement records and personal details already included. Review it carefully, add any missing information, and save a copy to submit with your final paperwork.

Life Scouts who are ready can submit their Eagle Scout Project Proposal by emailing a digital copy to 690eaglescout@scouting.org. Your proposal is reviewed by the District Eagle Scout Project Review Team, and you will receive feedback by email or phone.

Please follow Youth Protection guidelines by including a parent or guardian and or your Scoutmaster on all email communications.

Earning Eagle Scout is more than completing requirements. It reflects leadership, initiative, and impact. Stay organized, ask questions when needed, and take pride in the process.

Eagle Scout candidates ready to submit their final Eagle Scout application can do so electronically. The application–along with a completed project report and Life Ambition statement–can be emailed to 690eaglescout@scouting.org.

The application and report will be reviewed by your District Eagle Scout Review Team. Then, the team will reach out to your unit either by phone or email to set up an Eagle Scout Board of Review.

Please follow Youth Protection standards by including your parents and/or Scoutmaster on any email.

Eagle Scout candidates who need to request an extension of time to earn the Eagle Scout rank can contact the Joseph Blazejewski at joseph.blazejewski@scouting.org.

Please follow Youth Protection standards by including your parents and/or Scoutmaster on any emails. Until you hear from the Council Advancement Committee, continue to work towards earning your Eagle Scout rank.

Support Our Scouting Troops

Support can take many forms: Donate through Friends of Scouting, purchase popcorn or camp cards from a local Scout, attend our Women of Achievement dinner or regional Citizenship Awards dinners, and so much more. Your support of Scouting enables Garden State Council to support the experiences of nearly 5,000 youth throughout South Jersey!
