Kimberly Schieber is the Senior Business Development Executive at radius180, where she leads Business Development, Sales, and Account Management. Since beginning her career in technology in 2015, Kimberly has built her career around what she does best—building relationships, creating opportunities, and connecting people.

Her leadership has been recognized throughout South Jersey, beginning at just 23 years old when she was named a South Jersey Biz 20 Under 40 honoree, an honor she received again in 2022. Her additional recognitions include the Benjamin Griffith Young Executive Award, the Voice of Business Outstanding Young Professional Award, and, most recently, the 2026 Most Influential Woman Award.

Kimberly’s impact extends well beyond her professional career. She serves on the Board of Trustees for the Southern New Jersey Development Council and has held leadership roles with both the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Washington Township Chamber of Commerce. For more than a decade, she has also supported Scouting America and its Women of Achievement initiative, as well as organizations including Project Refit and The Legacy Foundation.

For Kimberly, business has always been about more than making a sale—it’s about people. She is passionate about creating genuine connections, opening doors for others, and using her network to make a positive impact in the community around her.

Outside of work, Kimberly’s favorite role is being a wife to Nicholas and mom to Makenzie and Kohler. When she isn’t working or volunteering, you’ll likely find her spending time with her family, on the golf course, or cheering on Philadelphia sports.
